Hello! I'm Carissa, a passionate life coach dedicated to helping women break free from perfectionism and embrace their most joyful, authentic selves.

My journey began with a degree in teaching, but I soon discovered that my true calling lay elsewhere. After a decade as a hairdresser and entrepreneur, I realized my passion for connecting with women and supporting them through their challenges. Conversations with clients revealed a common struggle with perfectionism and self-acceptance, sparking a pivotal shift in my life.

Two years ago, I embarked on a personal journey of transformation, confronting my own struggles with perfectionism, anxiety, and self-identity. Through coaching, I rediscovered my true potential and reignited my love for mentoring and leading. This experience led me to pursue a career as a life coach, combining my background in teaching, mentoring, and deep connections with women.

As a mother, I also understand the challenges of balancing various roles and the fear of losing oneself in the process. I believe that as women, we are much more than any single title we hold. My mission is to help women, not just mothers, chase joy over perfectionism and create a life that truly lights them up from the inside out.
